The Importance of Music and Great Sound:
Over the years, I can honestly say that I‘ve had the pleasure of representing and selling some of the finest Home Audio/HiFi brands and products in the industry!
In 1978, I began my journey as a part time employee in what was, at the time, the largest retail chain in Canada; Atlantique Image & Son in Montreal.
Essentially, I’ve been in the industry since the Sony Walkman®️ and VCR’s were first introduced!
Yup, I’m « that old »!
Years later I managed one of the most successful audio shops in Quebec; La Boutique Electronique until 1999.
I then moved to Toronto, where I was given the opportunity to work a sales representative for various audio companies; a new journey which began in 2001.

Like many people; music is the link to my past and it brings back memories of the people who taught me the values that are dear to my heart: Honesty, Integrity and Humility. Sadly, many of these “mentors” have passed away.
In their memory, I have put a little section on my website dedicated to some of the people who have marked my “audio journey”…
(People like my dad; Daniel with whom I worked with for 20 years until his untimely death in 1998)

What is a "Brand Ambassador"/sales representative or agent?
- My goal is to bring dedicated and passionate representation to manufacturers, and resellers.
- A large part of my job is to educate and inform consumers and store employees on the various products and technologies currently available or on the horizon.
- In short; I’m here to help!
- Although I do not sell directly to end users; I am available to assist potential buyers to guide them toward appropriate products and dependable retailers.
- Honesty and integrity are & always will be my best policies!

-My wife would argue that it should be "NO Good Ear" because I don’t listen! (apparently!) 😂

I try to attend as many HiFi shows as I can...
from CES in Vegas, to Axpona in Chicago, The HiFi show in München to the Montreal & Toronto Audiifests.
...and visit as many audio factories as we can… Wherever we may be!
Simplifying Things.…
As I get older, perhaps “wiser”, I am reducing the number of brands that I represent to focus on products & brands that I truly like!
The same could be said of the number of stores that I deal with!
« Less is More » is not just a catchy slogan for me; it has become a business model!
